Crazy doubles match that was fun to follow (though if Laura has a singles match like that I might not describe it as fun).

I'm sure Laura will be pleased to get a first win since her injury, even though the singles is obviously the priority.

Interesting tight match to say the least. Not sure how high Routliffe would be on pro doubles ranking list if she played full time, but certainly she must be a quality doubles player.

Just a heads up about today :

Jo up 1st on centre I'm assuming at 3pm our time, then Laura, Em plays on another court 2nd up. Naomi has a little bit of doubles later on as well.

I'm guessing a competitive match for Laura would be a good effort, but I suppose you can dare to dream. Osaka probably at a similar level to Rodina, maybe fractionally not as good.

Correct that OOP, there's a men's match up 1st on centre, so Jo won't start before 4.

Thanks for the link, there's a suggestion that it's only available for the men's tournament, and from Friday for both, so will be interesting to see whether it stays up when Jo starts. Rain has now stopped and there's a couple of peeps squeeging the courts, so hopefully they'll get started again in the next hour.
