Escobedo is potentially dangerous - beat both Krueger and Krajicek in Monterrey and lost to Victor Estrella Burgos in the SFs by quite a respectable score. Not your typical WC. Might be tired, though.

So it looks like 14 out of the top 16 ranked GB men will be in action this week ( all bar Edmund and Cox ) and 7 of the 14 right here.

Charlottesville seems to have much more appealed than Tipton with a couple further US Challengers following on.

Lucky Mr Salisbury. It looks as if Mr Paul got into the MD unexpectedly, but they didn't have time to replace him in the QS draw. I'd wondered why he appeared in both places. Bit odd, that - never seen it happen before. Two out of the remaining three matches look eminently winnable - the third is less certain.

It seems like they were waiting for a SE to clear, but it hadn't happened at the time of the qualifying draw.

If it happened earlier Dan S would have sneaked in.

Not sure why Marcus's opponent has dropped his rank from 122 to 701 within 12 months. Their match about to start.

Liam's doesn't look too bad to me, is there something I'm missing about Escobedo?

I'd say if anyone's draw is awful, Evo getting 3rd seed Smyczek is pretty rough.
