In fairness to Mr Rice, Mr Sarmiento had a pretty spectacular university career and is better than many qualifiers. Still disappointing for him, though!

I wonder if the problems they are having is anything to do with the BT broadband being down in the UK.

That'll be it But 'tis true BT are down in some areas. I'm just used to the stumbling service and presume it's a problem with my browser or something.
