And Kyle seals it 6-1 in the third.

That turnaround down 3-5 in the third proved to be a huge turning point. Good win.

Basilashvili is a talented player who has a pretty high level. It wouldn't surprise me if he won a set and/or gave Kyle some real difficulties. However over a 5 set match I would expect Kyle to be solid enough to get the job done.

One of my better predictions.

Didn't get to see ny of the match but naturally delighted about the result.

Millman and Isner are 1 set all. Both sets went to TBs. Highly unusual for an Isner match .... NOT. The 2nd TB was won by Isner 14-12.

With Kyle having finished his match, we could do with this going the full distance.

Watched the whole match until 3-5 in the 3rd, switched over to watch Muzzahs comeback, and couldn't quite believe it when I heard Kyle had romped through the end of the 3rd. What a turnaround, quite astounding. Thought it was a high quality match for the most part, but for Kyle to look so fresh and so dominant by the end of the match, it really is a major positive going forward.

I was flicking, but Kyle's match was all power compared to Andy which had more variety and guile. Kyle looked the stronger player and should have won the second tie break.

For ease of checking: www.rolandgarros.com/en_FR/scores/schedule/schedule9.html Bedene first on today. Murray second on. Joko last on on Bedene's court and Laura last on on her court.

Also noticed Coric is in another battle of the young guns today, this time with Taylor Fritz - first match on and outside court.
