A lot of matches postponed until tomorrow. In today's play Erin won easily, but two British seeds lost - Bella Moen (to Mimi Bland) and Indianna Spink

The top seeds have all progressed to round 3 (Matilda via bakery products) - the highest casualty being the Polish 7th seed ousted by Elinor Beazley

As per the boys' thread, big congrats to little Amy Leather, born Oct. 2003, playing as a wildcard, who's having a great run, and getting her first points.

Well done to little fave Sonay too.

Very good win for Matilda over Tanysha, whom I rate quite highly.

Of the 16 QFs in the doubles, 15 are British.

Guess that's got that one pretty wrapped up......

Very pleased for Sonay. As said, I'm a fan of hers and she's had some bad luck with injuries. Matilda is still very young and doing great anyway, so I wanted Sonay to win and wasn't surprised she did.

Hopefully Erin will take care of the Belgian girl and we'll be left with a nice all-Brit final :)
