Potentially winnable matches for Murray and Jodie, possibly Tara as well, but SM JB and KD are in the same section which is flanked by top seed Giorgi.

I'm surprised Giorgi is in qualifying (WR49, as listed in the draw), and will be even more surprised if anyone gets past her in that section.

Giorgi's best overall Slam record is at Wimbledon.

I would be utterly astonished if Jodie were to beat Bojana! The latter was world ranked 32 in August 2014 and has come back this year having had two years out with an injury. Jodie is, imho, lucky to be ranked in the 500's!

Yes, I'd meant to add to my comment that Giorgi is very handy on grass. She hits the ball hard and low
Surprised Katy is here, so I assume she didn't get the offer of a wildcard for Ilkley.
Guessing Naomi, Harriet, Katie S and Gabi are the wildcards there.

Yeah, possibly a bit ambitious given where Jodie is currently at, but to phrase it another way, it's probably the best draw she could hoped for given the strong field (other than another WC).
She's not beaten anyone of note this year (although the scalp of Jodie wouldn't change this) and on grass she lost to Wickmayer who has obviously struggled with Brits over the last few months (including Naomi in Asia) and also lost to Birrell who was given hell by Lissey in a previous round - I know triangular theories don't necessarily work, but I think JAB can take some encouragement from that. She also lost a set last week to the 26 year old Kerrie Cartwright currently ranked 916.
Edit - the Wickmayer stuff is a bit irrelevant as even if she is declining, she's still well ahead of Jodie, but the other 2 points still stand I think.

Odds are up and Jodie is by far the shortest odds of the 4 to pull off the win.
Burrage 13/8 Bojana 4/9
Dunne 9/2 vs Nat V 1/8
Tara 2/1 vs Bondarenko 4/11
Sam 3/1 vs Dodin 2/9
4/9 on Bojana could be decent value for you if you would be astonished if she didn't win, although it is due to start in the next 10 mins.
Someone else can do the H2H, rankings etc. but not great draws for the Brits. Katie vs Osaka, Konta vs Petra. Watson has Tsurenko, so a decent chance there, but I fear early exits in the other 2. Looking at the draw, while it's a reasonably strong line up, there's lots of matches there that would have been winnable, so this is particularly unlucky.
