Well done to Pete Bothwell, who will give the local crowd something to cheer about in the men's - he won his QF in two (after having so nearly lost to Joel yesterday) and will now play Josh P in the SF.

And Ryan gets the German, Seifert, who Mike Shaw had that close match with in R1, who also won in two.

So, instead of Evan, it's Josh Paris who's the one still on course to do the double here - good luck Josh

And to the others too: Ryan, Luke and Ben.

Hoping for the boys to do the double in the semis today, like the girls.....

Josh P, though, lost the first set 2-6 but is a break up in the second, *2-1

Ryan is serving for the first set, *5-3

Josh was broken back but on his 5th BP opportunity of a 24 point game has just hopefully crucially broken again, 2-6 *6-5

Ryan 6-3 5-5*

Which he does successfully, despite going 0-40 down. Well played Ryan.
