The ITF site drawsheet is a right mess but this appears to be what's occurring.

Billy didn't get to play on Thursday, seems it got a bit stormy.

His QF is now scheduled for 11 am local ( 10 am BST ) on Friday with the winner due to meet the top seed ( already through ) in the SF later in the day.

Billy looked a bit tentative, happy to allow the other player to have a shot, but he was easily in command in that tie-break.

Won it 7-6(2).

Well done. A 25k semi (and counting) is a nice result ....

SF: Billy Harris WR 694 vs (1) Miljan Zekic (SRB) WR 306 (CH 188 in July 2016)

There was a late start today but that SF against the well rested #1 seed is still scheduled for later in the day. Helpful that Billy didn't get taken to a third set in his QF.
