Week 39 - Great Britain F6 ($15,000) - Barnstaple (indoor hard)

Big collapse from Neil in the third set. He was 5-3* and 30-15 before losing 11 points in a row. Managed to hold serve to get to the tie-break, but then folded again.

I know it sounds cruel but Sherbert's comments spring to mind again ....

In the doubles, Seb Kay (a college lad, I believe) will now have a doubles ranking as his pair beat Binding and Duncan, 2nd seeds, 12-10 in the MTB

I am hoping this the start of Aidan rising up the rankings like Draper

Today has validated my point wink

Seriously though, I think it does show a mental toughness in clutch situations which is encouraging.

What does this do for his ranking?

Adding in last week's point plus this week's 10 points so far would take Aidan to 31 points on Monday week, about WR 730 and provisionally GB #19.

If he wins the title that becomes 39 points, about WR 650 and provisionally GB #14.

And Aidan's looking to do the double, having won the SF dubs with young James Story.
