And she said that Jack has been great, they had lunch, he's spoken to her about how tough it is sometimes, about the struggles he's had, about the struggles she was having last year

You see the way Jack greets his opponent at the net after a match and you just know hes one of lifes genuine good guys!

It's only the entry list - and it hasn't got to the deadline yet

so it's not definitive - although Jack and Qinwen's singles rankings must put them right up there on the list

I was just reading CD's story on the play off thread, and was wondering how close Jack and his dad are.
I remember at some point they were kind of estranged, is that still the case?

You never see or hear anything of his dad. You only ever see his mum in the stands supporting him and sometimes his brother Ben.
