It means the tournament finishes without a winner. Both finalists receive finalist ranking points and prizemoney.

As Steven reports on twitter, the final is on the order of play for today (and so is the mens final)

They did the presentations yesterday and it's showing as abandoned on the players profiles on the ITF site.
