Week 25 - ATP 500 - Fever-Tree Championships - The Queen's Club, London, Great Britain (grass) - doubles

Dan & Ken not giving in without a fight, but the match finishes for the day at *4-5 in the second set because of bad light.  All still to play for tomorrow.

This match was (to me) more entertaining than the previous one. Felt a bit sorry for Ken and Dan, who would normally have had the crowd on their side!

TBF - 3rd match on centre followed by the winners playing Peers/Kontinen

Poor Feli might have to play 3 matches in a row *and* he is in Wimbledon qualies next week.

Noticed Lopez is playing doubles with Carreno Busta at Wimbledon. Shame he and Andy couldnt have played there as well, although he has a good partner.

Dan with Lloyd of course, Ken is with JP Smith from down under.

Mahut with Roger- Vasellin

The BBC coms is inane. It's now Inverdale and Lloyd and one of them was going on about how back in the day each doubles team wore the same colours and how it should go back to those days "so you can tell who is who" or have their names on the backs.

Just...where to start? no

HOW ABOUT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE GAME.

Oh I wish you'ed got started. I might have learned new words from the English language

I get that they feel part of their remit is to try to make it accessible to the casual far from expert viewer.

But ...... !!!

It is 3pm and Meddy Bear and Simon have gone to a third set. Feli is still to play FAA before either doubles matches can be played.

It's going to be past 6.30 before first doubles is on but that should be quick. I reckon second doubles could be 7.30, so could prove hard to finish again. Joe and rajeev about to start their semi though

Feli has to stay up for whenever he is needed on the doubles front. Wimbledon singles MD WCs can be given and then taken away

Interesting to see Cam teaming up with the 22-year-old Spaniard, Jaume Munar (WR 182).

The order of play people really slipped up there:  they should have scheduled Feli vs FAA before Medvedev vs Simon!  disbelief
