Droga - with apologies to those who understand Portuguese. If you don't, best not to ask.

Urgh. Best of 3 FQR matches and he would've won!

Not necessarily - Greg wouldn't have played the same, the dynamics of the match would have been different.

But completely agree with the 'Urghhhhh' cry

Gutting for Liam but another encouraging week.

Onwards and upwards.

Great to see the qualification of 19 year-old Aussie, Popyrin, who's always quite explosive to watch, which is fun.

And nice for Noah Rubin to win through, now 23, previous Wimbly junior winner, who's struggled to make it in adult tennis (partly due to height?)

The Korean has quite a lot of people talking about him too.

Hopefully, rather than upwards and downwards and upwards and downwards on repeat.

Pleased to see Denis Novak qualify and Thiem seemed really pleased for him.

Will follow Koepfer and Novak with interest at Wimbledon!

It is baffling how we have a different Lia, depending on the day/week/month. But encouraging to see him do well here although gutting he couldn't quite get it over the line.

I note that Greg B (who Liam came so close to beating) won his R1 match in the main draw.....
