I have nothing but admiration for Graziella's persistance. I know she's young but in her  career to date she appears to have played 17 matches at ITF level, qualifying and main draw, and lost them all. Suffered 5 double bagel defeats and won a total of 33 games in those 17 matches.  She has won 2 doubles matches this year. It must be very hard mentally to keep coming back heavy defeat after heavy defeat.

She won 4 games today, so more than her match average going off Harry's stats, but still suffered a bagel. 4-6 0-6.

There's a fair few of them around - you'll often open up a W15 thread and it'll pretty much always be a case of how many games they can manage to rustle up, not if they actually have a chance of winning. She is young as you say, and although it sounds harsh, it does sort of remind me of a boxing journeyman:

They will also lose 95% of their matches (or bouts), but in their case, the job/purpose is basically to lose and put over the promising home opponent, but here it's more a case of carrying on until they eventually give it up.
