Sofia has a better CH than I realised, but it's 5 years back now. She is 30 this year, so not quite in EWS's veteran category but she certainly has the experience..

That's a great win for Freya and I'm so pleased for her. It's really good to see her being rewarded for making the effort to go to India while all the other girls are presumably on holiday!!

Not so good in the doubles though for Freya and Berfu. They had 2 MPs in the MTB but then lost on the 2nd MP against them.

When these 9 points go on week after next they will be Freya's biggest counter and move her back up to around WR 622. But her CH is all of 286, so she is a long, long way from getting back near there again. Still this is at least more promising for her again.
