Ramos-Vinolas just played the most horrific first set of tennis.

O'Mara and partner won the first set 6-1

Jonny & Marcelo make it three out of four:

L64:  Marcelo Arévalo (ESA) & Jonny O'Mara CR 120 (62+58) defeated Gianluca Mager & Albert Ramos (ITA/ESP) CR 1627 (1156+471) by 1 & 2  smile

Jonny played some really nice, tidy but dynamic doubles there. And his El Savadorian partner was in good form too.

That said, the other two were really pretty pitiful.

Yay, well done Jonny+.

He's provisionally up to GB #4. We can't have that, can we, Dom and Luke?

Players in 4 pairings through so far, 3 more to come today. 7 would be more than we should expect but it would be nice if one of Dan, Dom or Luke can join the others in round 2.

That's a disappointment from Dom , Qureshi did well last week with a different partner. I wonder if they'll last?
