Anybody been watching Dan's match, and can explain what that incident was about - I missed it.

But I thoroughly enjoyed it smile

Commentator implied it was something to do with a ball that Dan said was out, the opposition were questioning it and Dan was annoyed that they disputed his call.

Started with Dan pointing to a mark and Middelkoop saying he wants Hurkacz to do that e.g. he doesn't trust Dan. Then Dan played a behind the back volley and Demoliner questioned whether it his body (it was clear racket). When Dan won the game he shouted a big come on which Middelkoop took offence to (maybe Dan looked in his direction)and told Dan not to be a child.

Thanks all. I saw a couple of very short clips on twitter and couldn't make it out, but there is a longer clip posted now.

Hmm, not sure on what basis they were so questioning Dan's integrity.

Anyway great to have Dan and Cam both through to RG L32

Not sure it covers the behind the back piece but the line call was clearly correct, although dont they have lines people, why was it down to Dan?

With Jamie and neal in 7th and jonny and manolo in 14th, but only 300 points off 8th, the French is vital for them in terms of qualifying for the o2.

After this event, its indoor time in europe and only paris really at end of season with big points, so being in top 8 at end of roland garros is a key target, I'd say.

Good luck to jamie and neal today, jonny will be playing again tomorrow.

Seemingly, there was the linecall, a previous point where the opponents claim the ball had touched Dan, a shout 'in his face' that the Dutchman took badly....

Dan always reminds me of a little Jack Russell. Always the first ti get snappy and confrontational using aggression as the first line of defence. Doubt he'd actually match up well if has was retaliated against in a similar manner

Have you ever argued with a Jack Russell? Tenacious little beggars, they are, regardless of the size of the opposition.
