Yes, but it was his forehand just before that set up the short ball in order to be able to do it.
He likes that forehand - the top-spin one down the line, not an aggressive shot, but deep with a bit of kick - it's not really a classic top-spin, got a bit of loft too, but works well for him and he looks confident doing it
But the Italian played very well to hold at 3-3 and he's serving first, definite advantage

Very dubious line call though in Game 7 on that Arnaboldi back hand cross court. Looked well out to me.
