Real clutch win for Luke biggrin

Luke beat the Spanish q4 seed, 6-3 1-6 14-12 !

He now gets a wildcard in the main draw

Sean lost 1&1

 

Stuart Parker has drawn a wildcard too

Stuart and Denolly are streamed.

Stuart had the upper hand at the end of that set, had 4 SPs, and played two really dodgy backhands. Ended up losing the TB 7-6(5).

Only himself to blame really, maybe nerves.

And Denolly's drama queen moments, with 'something got in my eye', post missing the easy volley, are classic.

Not sure Stuart will have the gumption to make the second set tight (prove me wrong, Stu!) but it was a real shame he didn't quite close out that first one.

Well, in the battle of the two half-Brits, Jan's result was a bit of a foregone conclusion - the man certainly is not on form, for whatever reason. Unlike Evan.

But Ryan picked up an easy win.
