Just seen this - I don't know if it's  been posted elsewhere yet

The four-day event held from Sunday 20 Wednesday 23rd will feature 16 players (both men and women) playing in a 30-match league format, that will see each player play at least once across the four days.  Players already signed up include Dan Evans, Heather Watson, Andy Murray, Cameron Norrie and James Ward as well as LTA Pro Scholarship Programme players Emma Raducanu, Harriet Dart, Jay Clarke and Jodie Burrage. The tournament scoring system will be Match Tiebreaks for deciding sets and the points system used to declare the mens and womens leaders at the conclusion of the event will be three points for a win over any player ranking inside the worlds Top 250, two points for a win ranked between 251-600 and one point for winning a set while losing a match.

Possibly had to wait and see what the situation was with the AO before confirming.

Thank you, I know but the issue wasn't just about when the tournament would be but what the arrangements would be for warm up tournaments, qualifying and quarantine that needed to be confirmed. Players aren't just going to be flying out the week before.

There are a total of 30 singles matches showing across the four days here

https://www.sofascore.com/tennis/2020-12-20

I don't understand what the format can be. As an example Heather Watson's opponents are Katy Dunne, Jodie Burrage, Emma Raducanu and Fran Jones. These four cannot all be in the same team as Raducanu is also playing Dunne and Burrage so it can't be a team event as in the summer. Any ideas?

It was described as a premier league, somewhere, all players get 4 matches and score points with
More points for higher ranked opponents . Apparently

It's 8 men and women - you can get the list from the sofascore link for Sunday's matches - repeated here in clickable form

https://www.sofascore.com/tennis/2020-12-20

Or alternatively ...

Draper J. v Broady L.

Clarke J. v Ward J.

Evans D. v Murray A.

Choinski J. v Matusevich A.

Broady N. v Barnett A.

Watson H. v Dunne K.

Raducanu E. v Silva E.

Grey S. v Christie F.

Yes but you can click on the following three days on Sofascore's December link and find that players have a very unequal number of matches:

Draper J. 4, Broady L. 4,

Clarke  J. 4  Ward J. 4,

Evans D. 4 , Choinski J, 3 ,

Norrie C. 3,  Murray A. 2

Matusevich A. 2.

Watson H 4, Dunne K 4,

Raducanu 4, Silva E 4,

Burrage J, 3,  Broady N 3,

Grey B. 2, Barnett A. 2,

Jones F. 2, Dart H.1 ,

Christie F. 1.

So can't be an individual league. Also wonder if there's any doubles?

Apologies for inadvertently creating the large black shape above which rather dominates the point which I was trying to make! Can't figure out a way of deleting it!

I suggest that you repost the details without the table, or whatever it was that caused the "large black shape", & I'll delete your original post.

I think it has deep and mystical meaning ..... smile

In fact, it is a 2020 message from the forum source code

I also think that Elvis is still alive and Donald won the presidential election ....
