Week 3 - ITF M15+H - Bressuire, France (indoor hard)

QR1:  Oscar Weightman WR 1271 (CH = 1255 last November) vs (q10) Jonathan Eysseric (FRA) WR 617 (CH = 202 in June 2013)  bleh

Arthur Féry should be in the main draw as a JR.  No sign of Jack Draper.

Surely Jack would be in the main draw?

His name doesn't appear in the list of acceptances for the main draw, hence my comment.

Forgive my ignorance, what does LWM mean?

Could be wrong but pretty sure its
Late Withdrawal Maindraw.

Think that means you withdrew after the withdrawal deadline, which is in the Tuesday two weeks before the tournament in this instance the 5th. But you withdrew before the freeze deadline which is the Thursday before the tournament starts.

You're not the only one, TA.  wink  Here's part of what I said to BiS ln the Week 5 entries thread:

He withdrew from the main draw in Bressuire on Friday.  The letters "LWM" appear after his name down near the bottom of the list, which apparently means (I've just checked, as I couldn't work it out) that he will be recorded as a Late Withdrawal Main draw, i.e. after the withdrawal deadine, but doesn't give any clue to the reason for the withdrawal, of course.

LWM = Late Withdrawal, Main draw. Similarly LWQ from qualifying.

Late meaning after the wihdrawal deadline, which was 5th January for this tournament.

Edit:- Not guilty SC

Not only is there a LWQ (see Martin Borisiouk on the entry ist for this tournament), but there is also AW (automatic withdrawal, when the player is entered into another tournament) wink

And I see that we are all answering the same question !
