Brilliant from Dan this week. Would love to see him get a first ATP title under his belt.

ratings from tennis abstract - Da favourite to beat Chardy, just, and quite possibly when they get to meet each other, the odds v FAA will be in his favour slightly also

Player F W
Jeremy Chardy (FRA) 46.5% 25.5%
(8)Daniel Evans (GBR) 53.5% 31.2%
(3)Felix Auger Aliassime (CAN) 66.3% 32.3%
Corentin Moutet (FRA) 33.7% 11.0%

That said, Chardy is H2H up on Dan...Shanghai, Surbiton and a DC match all gone his way

As I thought, Evo is a narrow favourite for TA

Ditto ! (Although surprised Chardy was the favourite for many - he's hardly played in 2020, no?)

Go, Dan !

Chardy perhaps more interested in winning the doubles, he is playing his 3rd match today.

I was wondering about his coaching situation...

Hi, does Eurosport (I've enrolled via Amazon for free week) store the matches so we can watch them again or do I have to set my clock for 3am ? I don't want to miss this encounter.

I've just purchased a Eurosport subscription. I'm fairly sure matches can be replayed, it seemed they could be. Like you Julia, I'm uncertain that I'll be awake at 3am.  Stuff is best enjoyed live though, I know this much. Stay up late or or get up early?

The Eurosport subscription should be good for the Aus Open as well. But if I'm going to get my money's worth, I need to get used to the idea of be awake in the midddle of ther night.  So do I crash out now or go for a monster strong Columbian expresso?

Weve got Eurosport via Amazon and we are having trouble recording it.  If you find a way do let me know!

Felix is 0-7 in ATP Finals, Dan is 0-2.
