(I almost feel sorry for Mertens - almost, you understand, not actually smile - he was always one point ahead in that tb too, right until the end..... and, as you say, had that third set well under control, or so it seemed)

With this week's title Stuart's CH (700 from November 2020) will improve to around the 630s in the post AO rankings, GB #18, and next week counts too. He could miss out the 600s.
