So I turn on the live stream at *1-2 in the 2nd set.

Gabashvili plays a brute of a game and breaks Liam to love. I turn off the live stream again and Liam breaks straight back.

What should I do people ?

Also when I looked on flash score on coming home I found that Liam was trailing but having seen Wolf's posts I am much happier. The site have 'lost' the first

set completely!!!

Come on Liam !!

Certainly some of the shots from Gabashvili show why he was able to make Top 50, but he has also been wildly erratic.

Liam on the other hand, has been the model of consistency, right up to the point at *4-5 40-30 where he throws in 3 consecutive DFs to lose the set.

Liam just served a few double faults to be broken again. 6-1 4-6 so far.

I haven't seen Liam come to the net once, which is unusual for him. He had a bp at 4-4 but it was saved with a big serve.

Huge hold at the start of the 3rd for Liam saving 5 BPs in the way.

1-1*

In other news, the ball boy at the net seems to have grown about 4 feet between sets biggrin

That running forehand from Gabashvili was miles out.

Some tired looking shots in that final game from Liam. A real pity, but overall he has had a really good two weeks in South Africa.
