Week 7 - ITF M15 - Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt (hard)

Good for Paul to get a victory on the board. The fact that it is against a higher ranked opponent is a bonus.

Good win, want to see Paul stringing some wins together now, he has been in the 400's before (maybe 300's?) and shouldnt be down in 527

Don't know what has happened to Aidan seems to be losing matches to lower ranked players, highly thought of junior but doesn't seem to be progressing

Paul's CH is 427 (July 2019), so exactly 100 places higher - around 30 points needed
Aidan's CH is 461 (August 2019), and similarly is around 30 points off that ranking.

Yeah, makes sense and it feels like both are players that can push well beyond that but need to start making a move back and up this season. 18 months and well off their career high is a wasted period. Jubby can play to inside 300 level, Aidan should be aspiring the same and then pushing top 200 if they have  the game to back it up

It's the slimmest of pickings, given the manner, but Arthur+ did seemingly get a win in the doubles (over the top seeds) and so are in the SF, with at least a few dubs' points:

QF: Arthur Féry & Jiri Lehecka (CZE) CR 1801 (1308+493) def. (1) Jonas Forejtek & David Poljak (CZE/CZE) CR 712 (350+362) - Walkover

They now play the third seeds
