NB From what I read in his Proleague interview, Henry Patten got offered a job at Ernst & Young last year (risk assessment or some such) and has deferred it for a year to give tennis a go.
Lovely idea. And well done!
(But, in the nicest way, don't let the job offer slip, Henry. Just my view)
Also note that last week's winner, Zane Khan, is tearing up the field again.
Zane is age 19, unseeded, but was ranked JWR 16 and - as said - won last week without even dropping a set (and so his ranking will take a big surge on MOnday)
The GB doubles lads are playing him and his partner later today
Marco B is the player I noted above has had a really pretty poor year so far (and thought Binding might have a decent chance of beating him)
Didn't come to pass - the bloke has done better than I thought - but might also be a reflection of his opponents - so Aidan must have a very good chance, surely.

Good win. Zane+ were clear bookies' favourites. (20p on our lads, thank you)
A more challenging final. But great that they got here, especially after being a bit unlucky last week with the draw (and Bhambri & Myneni being their second match - ridiculously strong for a 15k)
