Liam has withdrawn from this event per @Tennisontelly

"Liam Broady has withdrawn from the Biella 4 Challenger, was due to play Andreas Seppi first thing tomorrow"

Seppi will play a LL, possibly Jack Sock if he signs in tomorrow.

Am reading that Liam has withdrawn from this week - and looking at the draw sheet, his place vs Seppi is saying lucky loser.

I am guessing that if you withdraw, you get fined - unless you are "injured".
