 I remember then the bbc and itv showed live tennis finals from Monte Carlo, WCT in Dallas, the Pepsi Grand Slam (4 Slam winners played a special exhibition for a few years) in Boca Raton , Davis Cup finals whoever was playing and wherever, Stockholm Open indoors, WCT doubles from Albert Hall and previously Olympia, as well as the Slams (apart from Aussie, never highly regarded til it came off grass), queens, Eastbourne, Wembley indoor event and Brighton ladies indoor event, the Wightman Cup, Davis Cup ties for GB, and one or two other events.
