 mmm. fair point; i generally do believe in second chances, very much so and from very close personal experience with a couple of friends who have  erred and been through the system and come out the other side, changed and good people. 

in terms of the argentinian players, they have had a long history of doping over 30 years or more and whilst i very much like delpo and others, i am quite cynical when i see one of them getting banned, so i tend to let my second chance radar close down with respect to some of their players.
