So the bottom half L16 match-ups are :

(6) Zverev vs Nishikori
Davidovich Fokina vs Delbonis
(5) Tsitsipas vs (12) Carreno Busta
(22) Garin vs (2) Medvedev

So Zverev and Tsitsipas have safely got this far, less predictably so has Medvedev ( now just 3 wins from possibly being WR 1 ).

Re the non seed match ( from Thiem's section ), both Davidovich Fokina and Delbonis had pretty good clay court seasons coming in, including each having had a Masters QF appearance, Davidovich in Monte Carlo and Delbonis in Rome.

Federer has shared the first two sets on TBs wirh Koepfer and is a break down, 2-3*, in the third.

bet365 hasn't been showing great confidence in Fed and had them both at 10/11 after it went set all. Now has Koepfer as a fairly clear favourite

I saw and liked Koepfer in the ilkley final in 2019, but didnt see him as a clay counter. Hardcourt was his thing but he did ok on the grass that year. But hes going good here and I fancy him taking this versus fed
