I have just realised, the mens doubles is best of 5 sets today, and onwards, judging by the action in one of the earlier starting mens doubles matches...

Joe & Rajeev hit the ground running (more or less - third set was a bit tight!) in the return to best of five:

L16:  (6) Rajeev Ram (USA) & Joe Salisbury CR 23 (12+11) defeated Ariel Behar & Gonzalo Ecobar (URU/ECU) CR 105 (53+52) by 6-3 6-3 7-6(10)  smile

Yay, the boys were 3-6* down in the TB and saved 6 SPs in all during that TB before clinching it on their second MP.

The years dominant team, Metkic & Pavic - playing under the Court 1 roof - came from two sets down to beat recently reunited Kubot & Melo.

They play the winners of Joe & Rajeev's match., who of course were rained off.
