have no idea of rankings points in qualies, where does this second win potentially take him to?

QR1 win 8 points
QR2 win 16 points
QR3 win 25 points plus 10 R1 points so 35

Anton Currently on 87 points at 454, assuming no points coming off 103 points places him about 403-406 range

 It's 16 points, so around 405ish.

No points due off. So if Anton could get the further 19 points for qualifying and competing in MD R1 he would be up to 122 points. That's precisely the points that the GB #9 and #10 currently have, ie Jan C WR 366 and Ryan P WR 367.

Looking at form, Anton needs his A+++ game.

Arriving home after a few days away I am shocked to discover there is only one court available to watch on the BBC red button. I have a subscription to the Eurosport player and for both Roland Garros and the Aussie Open every single match was available to view. Why is Wimbledon such a poor relation?

Arthur just started vs Ebden. He had a BP in the first game. *0-1

Jack broken in the second set. 3-6 1-2*

Felix *3-4

Couldn't agree more, SuperT.

And what sort of message does it send to fans that if you want to watch the qualis, you've got to open a betting account?

And, given covid restrictions, what are all the friend of our youngsters supposed to do? We're telling Felix and Arhtur's mates (age 19 or so) to open betting accounts? That's a REALLY good idea - not! And Jack PJ's friends are still under age and so can't even do that (or shouldn't, ay any rate)

It's shocking.

Totally agree about lack of viewing opportunities.
My only consolation is that I would be getting even less other stuff done if I could watch more. But I could live with that really!!

Yes, appalling. Questions need seriously asked directly to the AELTC.

Whatever broadcast arrangements they have or have not in place, they could do plenty themselves.

Totally agree re the red button....I mean who really cares about Errani v Sanders??!!

Hopefully, with our young chaps playing today, plus Draper and McHugh (except for this week's performance) we have a good group of lads who can push each other up the rankings. Of course, we have held such high hopes before (Golding and Morgan come to mind) but the signs seem promising this week.
