I think its generally a hazard of using an iphone or similar to type- it leaves me all over the place and grammatically always looking like a dullard!

Yes, me too - yet other Mac devices are OK, just my phone won't cooperate.

My wife calls it fat fingers ! I call it a conspiracy!

That Murray match showed how mentally resilient he is . To blow a 5-0 lead in the third set and still come back and win was exceptional.

Otte and Rinderknech , both are matches he would expect to win, certainly no more threatening than Basilishvili

In todays action, Cam has got to expect to win that one, he is fit and 5 sets will hold no fears, plus better on the grass.

Dan v Feliciano - 50/50 call for me, I hope Dan can win and think he should expect to win but it is too close for comfort in my mind

Jay sadly I think lost his chance in losing the 3rd and I cant see him turning it around - hope I am wrong

Expecting to see 3 Brits in Round 2 therefore, mens wise, hoping to see 4!

Steven's post for yesterday, showing it was a decent day - still surprised that Liam was such a favourite, but the betting public were quite right
It was a good day for the men, yesterday, couldn't really have been any better (apart from Jay maybe sneaking the third set)

Despite the heaviest GB favourite of the day getting edged out so late in the evening, GB had 3 winners today, which is more or less par for the course based on the bookies' odds (E=3.1)
Wins:
70% Boulter
68% Broady
48% Murray
Losses:
77% Watson
25% Burrage
19% Swan
1% Draper

Jay's match was very close yesterday and they come out fresh today. Clearly not favourite now but I'd think he must have a decent chance of taking the 2 out of 2 sets he needs today.

bet365 has the two players virtually joint favourites to take the 4th set though understandably for now Jay s 11/4 to take the match against Gerasimov's 2/7.

My nerves were in shreds after that third set!  Not much better in the fourth!  Kyle in the crowd.

Evo played really well, as the radio commentator said, very neat and disciplined. Good , solid, win.

Missed all the action so far today but delighted to see Evo get through against Lopez. Thought that could be a real banana skin.
