They appear to have postponed it - I also was looking ! No idea why, as none of the players are in any other match today and there is plenty of time available. They aren't even using Court 2 today.

bizarre indeed - maybe they realised they had sold tickets for tomorrow COurt 1 and had no action to show them, so quickly rearranged things!

Good point - apart from finals and juniors that is the only match available to them !

Court 1 Saturday is traditionally Junior finals and veterans. I guess with no veterans and juniors running a day behind they've had to rearrange

A British pair reaching the final of the mixed doubles at Wimbledon is a rare occurrence. So rare it is only the 3rd time since the 2nd World War. The late Mark Farrell and Lesley Charles reached the 1974 final and lost to Davidson and King 3-6 7-9.. In 1987 Jeremy Bates and Jo Durie  beat Cahill and Provis 7-6 6-3. Ann Jones, John Lloyd , Jamie Murray and Heather Watson have all won mixed doubles titles  since 1968 but had foreign partners. Well done Joe and Harriet!

Harriet will become only the 6th British woman to play in  a Wimbledon final in the Open era. She joins an elite list of Ann Jones, Virginia Wade, Lesley Charles, Jo Durie and Heather Watson.  Joe will be  the 7th British man to play in  a Wimbledon final in the Open era  joining the elite list of    Andy Murray, Jamie Murray, Johnny Marray, Mark Farrell, John Lloyd and Jeremy Bates.  Hope I've not omitted anybody.
