Two lucky losers now got into the draw - neither of them Liam, sadly.
Feels a bit too much of a coincidence that they were easily the two best-known (most marketable?) names to lose in FQR...
I don't think it is too much of a coincidence, isn't the LL based on the rules that exist and not, say, out to get Liam because he didn't get the LL spot?

Indeed. It is weighted to go to the higher ranked losers.
So close. The lads had 1 MP in the MTB but lost out on the 4th against them.
That's now 2 MTB losses to the clearly best pair in the world, having previously lost on clay in the Monte Carlo final MTB by 7-10, after beating among others Dodig & Polasek and Cabal & Farah.
They certainly make a really good pair and I am much more enthusiastic about Dan playing doubles, particularly with Neal, than I am about Cam. It could be quite exciting, if maybe more down the line.
