Amazing how tennis turns round - run of losses and then this!

Dan and Popyrin clearly get on well, lots of respect

The late lamented Madeleine might have found this a three cushion match !

That was an exceptional win from a two set deficit.

That backhand smash!

Been watching Emma Rad  - maybe hit slightly harder. The next point ( and first mini break ) wasn't bad either.

Anyway, that ladies and gentlemen is how you play a final set TB.

And go, US Open, for having them at 6-6.

It's been a while since I've watched a whole five-set match - what a comeback.

In other news Alcaraz takes a 3rd set TB to go 2 sets to 1 up over Tsitsipas.

Me too, and I confess i did nod off  for a while at one point through tiredness ( and wine) not boredom. But wow wow wow, so exciting that 5th set. And i did have the faith; remembering Dans 5 setter in Davis Cup and also here against Wavwrinka - and I knew his opponent although brilliant did not have the experience if Wavrinka
