 Jay appears to have made a tactical decision to miss the US Open hoping he can accumulate more points in Challengers over the next few weeks. He needs to be making minimum QF in them to make it worthwhile and defo not something he should do regularly.

 Oh dear, that isnt good. Two bad results as you point out, not a pairing that is close to working out well

Jay is on the ATP livestream.

I've enjoyed watching a bit of him play on clay this summer.

It suits his game.

And is excellent training.
