SF:  Alastair Gray & Ryan Storrie CR 2041 (503+1538) vs Robin Bertrand & Erik Crepaldi (FRA/ITA) UNR (0+621)

The Franco-German partnership despatched the third seeds, Fanselow & Yannick Mertens, in straight sets in their QF.  Not Fanselow's day...

Having got rid of one young French star (born 2002), Ali G is now turning his attention to an even younger French star, Arthur Fils (born 2004!!!).

Arthur made the final of the French OPen (juniors), is JWR 4, and still has another year in juniors left.

Allez, Ali !

(I like saying that out loud )

So close but Ali couldn't quite see off the precocious 17 year-old:

Millen Hurrion lost the 1st set 3-6 but has just got a break in the 2nd to go 3-1 up, hopefully he can consolidate it.

ETA also his opponents ranking looks slightly under, he took Holger Rune to 3 sets this year and we all know about Rune now.
