16. Hopefully we will get to see her in a few more senior events.

I guess it depends on if tennis or GCSEs will be her priority for the next few months.

Wondered why Hannah missed the British ITFs? She has been training at the Rafa Nadal Academy with "a very special visit[or]" on her birthday wink

I see she is back to tournaments next week. Two back to back W35s on Clay in Spain and then a J300 in Croatia.

I had seen pics on instagram of her training on clay. Makes sense now.

Thanks to her title at J300 Vrsar, and SF in W35 in Spain, Hannah is now:

Anyone know why it is that they don't show ages on the itf junior rankings like they used to? Is there somewhere else that does?

 They show year of birth

And then if you click on the link you get age

I guess year of birth is more directly relevant for the ITF as it determines whether you're a junior or not, not age

(although it's age for allowed number of events)

I'm not seeing that on my mobile. Is that on the desktop version of the site?

Works for me on phone and desktop. The link is the player's name.

Hannah came up just short in the 18U National Championships

Lost to Mika, 3-6 6-2 7-5

Katie O'Brien, LTA Women's National Coach, said: What a great final. It lived up to expectations again. Mika and Hannah are world-class Juniors and we need to appreciate just how good they are, not just as players but also as competitors.

You can see how much they have matured and they both handled themselves so well in this Final. Both Mika and Hannah would have wanted to win, but they are both looking at the bigger picture as they have huge ambitions for what is to come. They are going to raise each other's level every time they compete against each other.

Hannah has been zooming at the French Open

She's already made the QFs - her best junior Grand Slam performance in the last four events (having made R16 in the U2025 Aussie Open and R32 in Wimbly, US and RG last year)

And now she's hitting the real big time - getting invited onto Tennis Channel for an interview

Lovely detailed article on the RG site about Hannah, her amazing match today, her slight problems last year, that huge boost that going to Rafa's academy gave her etc etc
