Didn't Cam beat Dan during domestic competition last year? Or is my memory failing as usual

Probably, I was just thinking of the tour. Looks like they played each other 5 times from what I can see in exhibition play last year. 3-2 to Cam. Although one of Dan's wins was by a Cam retirement.

Ive found the article on Scotland v England

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/56205121

So December 21-22 in Aberdeen, 4 singles and 2 doubles. Players clearly to be announced.

Is it mixed or mens only?

I can see Scotland having Cam, Andy, Jamie but not sure what womens players they have?
England would be Dan, Liam, Joe/Neal, probably? Clearly would be a lot stronger with women added as well

Jamie made a couple of posts on Instagram a few weeks ago

Andy, Cam, Jamie, Jonny O'Mara (August 22nd)
Dan, Kyle, Neal, Joe (September 18th)

May have changed by now of course.

Ok, cool - forgot about Jonny!

And didnt think Kyle was fit yet - It would be a shame for Liam to miss out though but I can see Kyle being a bigger draw and wanting to play if he is thinking about Aussie Open?

In relation to which - presumably Kyle is now going to be too low for direct entry to Oz and will need to go through qualies? or maybe he gets a PR that he can use?

Kyle will definitely be eligible for PR. He hasn't played in 2021 at all I think.

Yes, in normal times he'd be unranked come November.

Some no doubt want another American hard court tournament between the US Open and Indian Wells, with the IW MD not getting going until towards the end of next week for IW seeds, even if it has to be a 250.

You are going to have a late one - Andy not due on court before 5:30 local - that's 1:30 am here with the 8 hours time difference.
Dan and Cam have just started.

Evo was 5-2 up and had set points in that game but Cam ends up winning the first set 7-3 in the TB.

Have a feeling we may see a fair bit more of Joe and Neal together once Ram & Ken retire.

Yes, that would be a natural and good move!
