Think this is Billy 2nd ITF singles final. Losing the previous one on clay in Antalya just after Christmas last year.

Billy's a in the doubles at least- & against his opponent in the singles final:

First set Billy 6-4. Had a chance to serve for it at 5-2 but got broken. Then faced another break point when serving for it again but managed to get over the line.
