Surely the odds are not just dictated by what experts/stats tell us should happen but also what the current market for the matchup is doing.
Indeed tennisabstract too says "favourite" but really their win percentages are a result of their algorithm and there will inevitably be some factors they are perhaps not allowing for enough such as latest form.
The bookies try to take everything into account with their initial odds though are liable to adjust them a bit in line with the weight of money on each outcome because they'ed prefer to hold on to their money.

Tbh I didn't enjoy that as much as the Tommy Paul match because it was very one-sided. Cam's absolutely buzzing whilst nothing seemed to work for Schwartzman. Well done to the new British no 1.
Some great shots at times but I don't think Cam was having to play lights out in order to win, very little in down the line shots for instance. And he was struggling for confidence on his forehand at the start of second because he hadn't had to hit through it that much in order to get in the winning position. Very, very solid though.
