If Cam wins this he gets his 86k appearance fee and adds 173k winners money - 260k. Plus hell get another 43k for playing Djoko regardless of score. A win today and he will leave the event with $300k.

Cam has already won just shy of 2.4m this season, a win today playing Djoko will take him to 2.7m US for the year. Wow, beyond his wildest expectations .

Granollers and Zeballos take top spot in their doubles group despite a loss today. All the best to Tecau who won today in his final match and goes into retirement.

Zverev is a set up on Hurkacz and if he wins this, he will take second in the group behind Medvedev, leaving this evenings singles between SInner and Medvedev largely irrelevant in terms of the event

And Zverev indeed wins:

Semis therefore look like

Medvedev v Rublev or Ruud (winner of their match tomorrow)
Zverev v Djokovic

In the doubles , Granollers and Zeballos are joined by Mektic and Pavic in the last 4. Joe and Rajeev need a set tomorrow to ensure progress; and one of those pairs will be their opposition. A win will leave them 3 out of 3 wins and top spot and play the Croatian pair. A loss would probably leave them in second spot if they get a set and possibly out if they lose in straight sets. Jamie and Bruno beating the French pair would make that all academic

Hard fought but Joe and Rajeev won and move into the semis where they will play Mektic and Pavic. Another tough one but these are the top teams in the world. Nonetheless 3 out of 3 is strong

Ruud won a very tight last group match, following up beating Cam, to beat Rublev in a final set TB.

So semis are set - Medvedev v Ruud and Zverev v Djokovic.

Cam to follow this evening and Jamie is also on the evening line up

I've heard that Novak usually has a below par match in a tournament...

...trouble is that he still usually finds a way to win it
