Yes Aslan is certainly a Top 10 player these days. Andys serve let him down, although I think even if had matched the Opelka match in serve that Aslan would have won as he was so far on top.
Its been great fun watching Andy this week. He will be back in the top 100 by spring time. Its anyones guess what he can do in the next year.
Shame! But I have a soft spot for Aslan, a real underdog story. He was mostly a journeyman through his career, to have the Aussie Open semi run last year form qualifying and then backing it up with 3 titles in the past 12 months. Quite inspiring for lots of the lower ranked players!
