Bob I was thinking the other day that your 20 in the top 500 might be on this year given we are at about 650 and certain to climb.
Was also thinking we could have a 10 in the top 250 target, therefore GS entry zone. Both sound possible dont they?
Absolutely. I'd just done a little 'commentary' about it on the Top 500 thread, which Bob replied to.
It was hardly insightful, just stating the obvious really (my post, not Bob's )
But, I absolutely agree - this year it really looks as though it might be on (especially with all the tournaments, as well as the profile of the players).

Definitely in with a shout. Only James Ward definite to drop out in the next 12 months. One downside might be how many of our US college players are going to head back to the US and come off the circuit for a while.

I think that's only Arthur, isn't it?
I mean, all the others on the list are now graduates?
(I know there's a group lower down still at college but of the top-1000 players, I think it's only Arthur....)

I have no idea. I don't really follow the college status very much. For me it just happens when it happens.
As for players dropping out of the Top 500, perhaps we should add Kyle to the list of possibles, is he can't get that knee injury sorted out.
Don't look now, but Dan Little has just taken the 1st set 7-5 against the 4th seed (and sole remaining pesky) despite being a break down earlier in the set.
I've said before but I DO like watching Dan Little play - there's something really nice about watching a big guy absolutely creaming the fluff off the ball.
(And Squire is pretty similar - 6ft5 - great serve but doesn't have Dan's backhand)
