Far too passive from Murray here a dangerous approach to that first set deservedly loses it.

Talk about quick thinking.

Thats more like it, serve and winner punch to get the right start to the second.

4-6 1-0*

This is classic Murray time to pounce, he will get break chances this match the way Daniel plays

Earns two break points as predicted as Daniel misses two winners. Scrambling defending isnt enough for them and identical points with first serves in save them both. Third break point created with more aggressive play with a net smash, however poor net play from Andy and its gone. Fourth chance created with a net volley but more aggressive winners down the line and its one that got away there.

4-6 *1-1

Murray 1/8 on break points versus 2/3. More chances will come but Andy is attempting to win playing a 70% game here. That needs to go up to 80 maybe.

Daniel breaks Murray with winners off the Murray serve. An easy break and very worrying times. Could that last game be the match definition?

4-6 1-2* Daniel

Daniel super confident at the moment, surely he cant keep this level up. Daniel looking to shorten the games here interestingly and its working. Murray very passive and down looking. Easy quick love hold.

4-6 *1-3 Daniel

Daniel earns two break points and Murray looks dead and buried. Somehow comes through with some aggression when it matters. Massive massive hold in the context of the match.

4-6 2-3* Daniel

If Murray was 70% before he was 40% there up until break points down.

One good winner form Murray but an otherwise straightforward hold to 15 from Daniel. Some poor net play from Andy.

4-6 *2-4 Daniel

Andy gets himself out of trouble from 0-30 down with 4 winners which is encouraging. More like that please, hes almost playing looser in a sort of resigned manner. Hopefully its a ploy to get into the mind of Daniel. We shall see in the upcoming games if it works.

4-6 3-4* Daniel

Another quick service game comes and goes with a hold to 15.

4-6 *3-5

Andy serving to stay in this. Body language suggests hes conserving energy for a 5 set match is what it looks like.
