You might be right, Jon, but you don't have any analysis about Aidan v Squire.

Aidan seems pumped for playing at his home town event (which is right and proper)

But, although I do hope not, there seems a good chance that Squire knocks him out.

Looking at Squire past few weeks, hes lost to Dan Little and Ali G in past events - his form seems more up and down and I just felt Aidan would have a little too much for him at home .

Yes, but Squire is a big-hitter who rather feeds off the more 'scamper around' style of players like Aidan.

Only saw the first set but Aidan got rather hit off the court. His second serve was taken apart.

Ali was broken back for 2-2* and it then went with serve into a TB where Ali had one MP on return at 6-5* but lost the next 3 points.

6-3 6-7(6)

No breaks so far in the third set but now would be a good time after Ali hits his 25th ace of the match to go to 5-4*

Ali's hot streak continues. Another title in the bag.

Absolutely Murrayesque top spin lob to bring up MP.

Another one flying up the rankings - should get a high seeding now at 25k and a couple more good weeks and he could move up to challengers
