And there's quite a few people in the 100-200 range that are due to drop quite a few points this week. It's a good time to be earning points.

JD gets a day off tomorrow.  Does anyone know what his plans are for the spring?  I'm guessing that his advisors are suggesting he hits the dirt.  A couple more decent tournaments and it will be hard to deny him some WCs to grass court tournaments. Or maybe he'll even make the cut.

I was speculating on this in last weeks tournie thread . I think he can make us open cut off for DA. Id play through hardcourt challengers personally if there are any, but Im not sure if there are - they could all go clay over there as well through the FO?

hes in Forli again next week currently and then seems to have nothing currently planned.

That's a great result, winning 7-6, 6-4 against the top seed. He has the possibility of playing a qualifier in the next round, so could be a good opportunity for more points.

Im curious about whats next for him too- where do you check for this other than the very kindly made entries lists for brits on this forum? Is it easy to check ahead for one player or do you need to go to the entry list for each possible tournament or...?

Anyway I see the point about staying on hard but Im curious to see what hes like on clay and suspect it would be good for his development longer term. youd think hed want a to get some clay practice ready for french open quailes to give himself the best chance at having a good crack at that?

Last year he had that main draw wild card for Miami masters cos its run by the agents hes with or something so Im hoping he might get one again given this form - anyone know more on that?

This is a good resource that shows the events a player is entered into. Just type a players name in the top and it will show you and where they stand on the list for a given event. Just atp and challengers though

I personally don't see the point in chasing hardcourt points, I think building up experience on clay will only go to benefit any player.

I suppose its me thinking short term points haul to get top 100 versus long term development and benefit. I suspect the latter is better, either way hell get to the top 100 anyway and Wimbledon is guaranteed.

i agree, the dirt makes most sense From a longer term perspective

Alongside dartsrankings this site shows the ITF entries (nothing for Jack, obviously)
