Week 13 - ATP Challenger 80 - Saint-Brieuc, France (indoor hard)

Yay, in his 4 challenger titles this years that's now 3 in a row and 15 matches won in a row.

In that run Jack has beaten a slew of players ranked in the 200s and 3 in the 100s.

From memory, Richard Gasquet and Taylor Fritz are other player who have won three Challengers in a row.  I think Rafffa may have done it too. Young Jack just needs to stay healthy. I wonder how he'll manage on the dirt?  I'm sure he'll receive wildcards to every UK grass tournament if he still  needs them.  For sure he will be on telly!

I had been thinking 15 matches won in a row but I was forgetting about the Miami Masters where Jack beat Gilles Simon in R1 before losing a close R2 match to Cam.

So 'just' 3 challenger titles in a row and 15 challenger matches won in a row.

What's his expected ranking tomorrow when the points from here and Miami go on?

Absolutely.

The odds are spot on.

Jack will trounce Evan - 1.12 v 6

Quentin should be way too good for Ali (but he occasionally has a howler) - 1.28 v 3.5

Escoffier v Ryan is basically neck and neck, with Escoffier the very slight favourite - 1.72 v 2

Escoffier started the year well, beat all the Brits to win Shrewsbury. And had an excellent win in Pau last week (2 top 200 wins)
But he's lost to Anton, and Stuart Parker and some Italian ranked about 750 in the past couple of months too

 Gray won Shrewsbury not Escoffier.
