Wonder if Ali is injured given hes only won 2 points in the last 4 games.
As suspected Ali is injured and has withdrawn from next week. He would have won in straights more than likely otherwise.
Hope hes ok, probably puts a dent in the top 250 hopes for early summer Id imagine. And likewise Aidan is also injured I believe and has withdrawn again next week.
SF: (5) Billy Harris WR 402 vs (2) Hiroki Moriya (JPN) WR 264
Going to be a big weekend for Billy as lowest of the 4 players remaining. All his 4 titles have been M15, 3 on clay , and none at home. So a title this weekend, as with Felix, will represent a career best week.

Billy on court at 1030.
Whatever happens though, it will be a career high for Billy, which is great news. He's got a few low counters and not much to defend (7 points) until October.

I know grass wont be his surface but maybe a few wildcards into the atp grass challengers , or qualies at least, and Wimbledon qualies , would be good for him.
Billy is a steady 300-400 ranked ability player every time I see him, seems like a good lad. Ali would have beaten him fit yesterday and probably would have won the title I reckon.

Why do you think Ali wasn't fit? Have there been any reports he wasn't?
As said, watching it, I didn't see anything to suggest he had a problem - but might have missed something if he's reported some injury.

Ali has pulled out of the next week Nottingham event , so I guess something was wrong ?
As readers on here will know, I have watched a lot of Billy over the last few years. I always had the belief that he had the ability and game to go higher but seemed to struggle to maintain any form of consistency. Even within a match he would drift in and out focus and that cost him dearly.
Recently he seems to have found much more consistency and perhaps a more focused mentality as well. This is what has seen his climb in the rankings in the last 12 months or so. Now it's up to him to see what he wants next. Is he happy at this level, in his comfort zone, winning a lot of matches but no really climbing the rankings much more, or will he choose to test himself at Challenger level.
My gut feeling is that he will stay where he is, unless pushed by someone else into more ambitious choices.
I think the collapse particularly on service points was the first clue plus then withdrawing after the match for next week was the clue. Billy wasnt winning that and he won easily in the end.
